Okay, so there are hormones, yes. There are beautiful women, yes. There are un-perverted guys... where?
I mean, you've got the jocks, who are [at least in my experience- do correct me if I'm wrong] perverts. You've got the geeks who are [again, from my experience] perverts. Outcasts [from experience] are perverts. And perverts who are, well, perverts!
What has this world come to? I mean, okay, let's talk a little bit scientific. I guess they need that attraction to women for obvious purposes such as reproduction. That's where the hormone comes in and takes over yes? Well... is that all? I mean, is it just to entertain the guys? Flirtation or something?
Confusing "Topic!:" I know.

D: Alright. Let me first say that hearing this from you toward us geeks is quite...painful. There are those of us that are not. In fact, I know a few people online who hold themselves to standards of trying not to be such at all, though we realize that it is an impossible task for a male human, we still try.
Now. Your definition of perverted in this sense, I assume, means "having sexual thoughts and doing something about them". My definition is "having sexual thoughts". Doing something about them is just...there are people who dont do anything, believe me.
Then there are the guys who fully embrace their pervertedness and just...make it who they are, which...they...no.
Then there are the guys who realize they will fail in their endeavor to not be perverted and so, as such, they try to keep it to a minimum as to appease their brain and keep them self in check.
I realize I seem quite defensive on this topic, because I am one from the last category, the minimalists, I feel hated at with this comment. But really. I could be far, far worse. Most geeks however, that I know are some of the biggest perverts, lol. Most jocks I know are that way too.
This comes from a geek <_<; taking a scientific analytical approach to everyone, including himself.
I've been forewarned by seemingly good natured guy friends around that I shouldn't even take chances with it. So from what I can gather, it's just a matter of how much perverted they are in question. I guess. I mean, things like these, only guys themselves would know better right? XD
Having said so, I would think that something must be very wrong if they're not.

the world revolves around the people that govern it...people govern it based on their values and their values are based on what makes them happy. the majority of the governing body is male and their happiness depends on boobs and booties (*attention: this is the key assumption!) ...does that mean the world revolves around women? and that women who have bigger boobs/booties are more powerful? man...it all makes sense now! of course they're more powerful...they reproduce more and probably produce "fitter" babies (cuz they have more milk?), making them the fittest species (another assumption: women and men are 2 different species), and therefore, most selected for... omg! it's just natural for guys to be perverted, isn't it? women have made it so ...god must be a lady! pkekeke... xD -yo sista!
